It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Nicole Vannoy (Claremore, Oklahoma), born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, who passed away on May 8, 2023, at the age of 29, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Katherine Carter Vannoy; her grandmother Lola Carter; and her uncle Randall Carter. She is survived by: her father Timothy Robert (Lora) of Muskogee Ok; her grandparents, Robert and Sue Vannoy of Claremore; her aunt Johnnie Brasuell of Catoosa; and her uncle Eric Vannoy (Cindy) of Madison Wisconsin. She is also survived by her family and many friends.
