He is survived by: his mother Alyce Carol Hawkey; his wife Cindy Burma; his children, Alana Burma, Matthew Burma, Christina Kissinger (AnnaBelle) and Chelsey Burma; his grandchildren, Jordyn, Mattisyn, Katelyn, Ashlyn, Silas and Ryan; and his siblings, Debbie Mullikin (John) and George Burma (Conni). He is also survived by 5 nieces, 2 nephews.
