He is survived by: his children, Gerald Prideaux (Sammie), Vicki Ellis (Joe), Carol Rumsey, Randy Prideaux (Molly) and Julie Prideaux; his grandchildren, Mike West (Kitty), Jenny Bland (Adam), Stacy Hodges (Mike), Greg Ellis (Krista), Sara Moss (Donnie), Shelly Suggs (Hughie), Jessica Murray (Ryan) and Randall Hurst; his family Don; and his brother Tom Collins (Corrine). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
