He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleo Charleston Phillips and Ruby E. "Tiny" Phillips (Phillips); his wives, Donna Lee Phillips (Johnson) and Barbara Ann Phillips; and his son Leon Phillips.
He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Phillips (Mary Kay) of Chelsea, OK, Sharon Hoffman of Catoosa, OK, Scott Phillips (Becky) of Claremore, OK and Allen Phillips (Barbara) of Catoosa, OK.. He is also survived by 14 siblings, His family also included 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. A celebration of life will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Floral Haven Cemetery (6500 S 129th E Ave, Broken Arrow, OK 74012).
