He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Douglas and Lou Alice Waters; his sisters, Virginia Bowman, Pauline Hearn and LaRisa Hearn; and his granddaughter Madison Elaine Myers.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Belle Smith; his daughter Sandra Elaine; his close friend Glen Crane; his daughter Marill Myers (Mark Myers); and his grandchildren, Jordan Crain, Whitney Crain Brown (Trevor Brown), Hunter Myers (Tamara) and Hayden Myers. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
