He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Wheeler and Barbara Wheeler (Mauk); and his brother Troy Wheeler. He is survived by: his wife Debra Wheeler; his children, Joshua Atchley (Sarah) of Nowata, OK, Nicholas Atchley (Tina) of Port Washington, OH, Patrick Atchley of Wagoner, OK., Megan Wheeler of Winfield, KS, Sarah Tate (Henry) of Wichita, KS and Stephanie Simmons (Matt) of Pensacola, OK.; and his sister Linda Baecker of LaFeria, TX. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.
