She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert James and Delphia Derotha Sneed (Spears); the father of her children Franklin Delano Roosevelt Butler; and her siblings, Robert Eldon Sneed and Mary Ellen Hillhouse.
She is survived by: her children, Earnest Eugene Butler of Indiana, Jimmy Eugene Butler (Susan), Nancy Louise Moore (Barry) and Melissa Ilene Lewallen (Marty); and her children-in-law, Flosie Darlene Blank, Buddy of Checotah, Susan Oleta Hughes and Ronald of Sapulpa, Oklahoma. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; two sisters.
