He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Ellen DeHay (Sandusky) of Pinopolis; his wife Patricia Louise Kepler; his children, Brian DeHay (Kelli) of Tulsa and Erin Childress (Zeke) of Coweta; his grandchildren, Gabriel Childress of Tahlequah, Griffin of Tulsa, Collin of Tulsa, Grayson DeHay of Tulsa, Zoe and Zayden Childress of Coweta; and his brothers, Wayne DeHay (Shirley) of Monks Corner and Jimmy DeHay of Pinopolis. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
