It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Opal Skinner (Chouteau, Oklahoma), who passed away on October 23, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Roach and Edna Roach (Petty); and her husband Wesley Skinner. She is survived by: her children, Ricky M. Skinner (Cynthia) of Chouteau, Fredrick W. Skinner (Janet) of Wagoner, Oklahoma and Frieda Pankratz (Dwight) of Inola, Oklahoma. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
