He is survived by: his daughter Riley Upton; his uncle Dave Carnahan of Chouteau, OK; his cousins, Chris, Casey Carnahan and Blake Carnahan; his aunt Kathy Fleming; his uncle Randy Fleming; his cousins, Andrew, Tasha Fleming, Nicholas Fleming, Chelsea and Aaron McBride; his aunt Lizzie Rigsby; his cousins, Daniel, Mona Lyons, Matilyn Rigsby, Tricia and Jason Miller; his aunt Patty Higgins; his cousins, Brendan Higgins, Emily Higgins and Kaitlyn Higgins; his aunt Becky Sexton; his cousins, Justice and Courtney Sexton; and his close friends, Cory, Meagan Nicholas, Josh James and Donnie Cox. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
