He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Halcrow (Broome) and John Halcrow Sr.; his wife Evelyn Lucille Halcrow (Lafferty) of Claremore; and his siblings, William C. Halcrow and Margaret O'Sullivan (Halcrow).

He is survived by: his children, Jacquelyne Moynier of Chouteau, John Halcrow III of Tustin and Jerald Halcrow (Kathy) of Orem, Utah. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; other extended family and friends.
