He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Ketterman; his daughters, Christian Lemay (John) of Jamestown and Jayme Nixon (Josh) of Muskogee, Oklahoma; his stepchildren, Matthew Johnson of Wagoner, Oklahoma, Susannah Hodges (Paul) of Tulsa and Melissa Ayers (Clay) of Claremore, Oklahoma; his mother Joyce Ketterman (Mahurin) of Salina, Oklahoma; and his siblings, Timothy Ketterman of Salina, Oklahoma, Darlene Shrum of Pryor, Towanda Allen of Locust Grove, Terry Tiegen of Florida, Janette Davidson of Salina, Angie Johnson of Tahlequah and Tammy Sawyer. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild; and many other relatives and friends.
