He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Klucevsek; his sons, Frank J Klucevsek IV (Libby) of Claremore, OK and Adam Klucevsek (Cheryl) of Chouteau, OK; his grandchildren, Carson, Frank V, Emily, Cale and Cade; and his sister Mary Potts (Luther) of Tulsa, OK. He is also survived by many other relatives and dear friends.
