He was predeceased by: his siblings, Mary Frailey, Laura Owens and Billy Jim Frailey; and his nephew Allen Frailey. He is survived by: his wife Wilma; his children, Danny Frailey (Deann) of Chouteau, James Frailey (Penny) of Pryor and Sandra Frailey Bouldin (Sonny); and his siblings, John Frailey of Pryor and Betty Pepmiller (Charles) of Pryor. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren.
