Forkner; his daughters, Elizabeth Hayes of Tulsa and Norma Forkner of Chouteau, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Dixie Fern Littlesun (Jimson Shaw), Bobbie Jo Littlesun East (Chase East), Micki Moore, Husband Jason Moore and Sadie Mae DeMauro (Wambleeska Williams); and his great grandchildren, Angel Nathan Scott Garcia, Gabreal Morgan Garcia, Teagen Colleen Shaw, James Dean Shaw, Isaiah Linnell Rials, Darius Allen East, Landen Lee East, Nevaeh Lynn Smith, Alexis Jo Smith, Kristen Chewey, Daniel Chewey, Elijah Fields, Lillian Chewy, Gwendolynn Chewey, Evelynn Chewey, Dacota Fields, Allora Sunsi Ray, Ayden Steven Ray and Ayanna Shyawah Ray.
