He was predeceased by: his parents, Madge Lollis and John (Ann Lollis); and his siblings, Lodie (Loretta Lollis), Pat (Al Ghringhelli), T. C. Lollis and Wynema Paul.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Myrick; his grandchildren, Krystal Nathan (Nick), Shelby Lollis (Daniel), Tristan Breeden, Paige Lollis, Cooper Lollis, Caleb Breeden and Sarah Trent (Justin); his great grandchildren, Aurora, Malika, Lanae, Olivia, Mathew, Lily, Bella and Liam; and his nieces and nephews, Patti (Magin), Marshall (Lori), Juli (Erik) and Michael (Lacey).
