He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Riley and Mable Odean Prater (Hale); his former wife Bessie Paulette (Cross); his wife Margaret Prater; his children, Frank Eugene Prater (Stephanie) of Oregon, Tommie Loyd Prater Jr. of Texas, Tamara Morgan of Denison, TX and LaVonda French of Choctaw, OK; and his sisters, Patsy Davis of Trenton, TX, Mary Thomison of Trenton, TX and Betty Saunders (Jimmy) of Greenville, TX. He was also cherished by 17 grandchildren, several great grandchildren; along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear and loved friends.
