He was predeceased by: his mother Lillian Jane Wagner. He is survived by: his father T. C. Fanshier; and his wife Lou Prestine Whiting.

On behalf of the Fanshier Family, they would like donations to be made to the Alzheimer's Association for Alzheimer's research. In lieu of flowers the Fanshier Family request Oklahoma Red Bud trees to be sent to the family's home for his memorial garden.
