She is survived by: her husband William O'Toole of Choctaw, OK; her children, Steven Floyd (Donna) of Warsaw, MO and Marcia Smith; her stepdaughter Erin Trivas of Baltimore, MD; her grandchildren, Drew and Jcee; her stepgrandchildren, True O'Toole, Jack Trivas, Ben Travis and Liam O'Toole; and her siblings, Duane Floyd (Barbara) and Lori Perry (Ray). She is also survived by numerous brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
