He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby Lucille Wilket Jenkins and Louis Perry Jenkins; and his brothers, Billy Caroll and Larry Donald. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl of Choctaw; his children, Dana Louis Jenkins of Midwest City and Sara Lynn Wertz of McCloud; his stepson Joshua Lee Sumner (Heather Marie) of Choctaw; his grandchildren, Skyler Jenkins, Haley Sumner, Tyler Jenkins, Gage Craig, Raina Rothrock, Brianna Sumner, Lex Ramirez, Taryn Jones, Joshua Lee Sumner, Jr., Bankston Jenkins and Caylor Sumner; his brothers, Noel Dean Crouch (Joy) of Aurora and Bobby Jenkins of Fort; and his nephews, Jeremy, Chris, Jason and Nick.
