She was predeceased by: her parents, Loyd Vernon and Clara Withrow (Ingram); her brothers, Kenneth Withrow and Ronnie Withrow; and her brother-in-law Gerald White.
She is survived by: her husband James Fugate; her children, Tracy, Terry Qualls of McLoud and John Fugate of Choctaw; her grandsons, Cody Mosley (Chelsea) and Samuel Fugate; her great grandchild Lincoln Mosley; and her sister Jacaquita White. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and a host of friends.
