He is survived by: his mother Clara Lee Winders (Casey); his daughters, Kelly (Chuck Curry) and Jamie (Brandon Ersteniuk); his wife Teresa Haynes; his siblings, Connie (Jim Anderson) and Curtis Winders (Marvenia); his aunt Dorothy; his sons, Patrick Chase (Amy) and Zac Chase (Megan); and his grandchildren, Clay, Gracie, Breanna, Brooke Curry, Jaxon, Josie, Barrett Ersteniuk, Madalyn, Emma Chase, Kensley and Hadley Chase. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
