She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Eugene (Jack) and Anice Mitchell; and her husband William Harlan Cook. She is survived by: her children, Sheri Thomasson and Terry of Mustang. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
