He was predeceased by : his parents, Joe Cook and Pauline Cook (Alford); and his sister Betty. He is survived by : his wife Paulette Lou Bates; and his brothers, Ron and Bob. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and grand nieces and nephews.
