It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gwendolyn Turner of Choctaw, Oklahoma, born in Altus, Oklahoma, who passed away on April 18, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Lena Sue Douglas; her husband Chet Turner; her father Floyd Douglas; and her brother Kenneth Douglas. She is survived by: her children, Kevin Turner of Choctaw, Debbie Barr (John) and Leslee Clay (Craig) of Choctaw; and her grandchildren, Brandon Turner (Diana), Joseph Turner, Bryan Eastman, Hannah Armstrong (Tyler), Sam Shelton (Stephanie), Cherity Burke (Cody), Carson Clay, Ashlynn and Madison Stearman (Cooley).
