It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick Paul Le Wade Stevens (Choctaw, Oklahoma), born in Chickasha, Oklahoma, who passed away on September 25, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Fred and Augie Modine Stevens (Long). He is survived by: his wife Robbie Stevens; his children, Robin (Steven Lunsford) of Choctaw, OK, Jana Stevens of Choctaw, Frederick (Valerie Stevens) of Choctaw and Ciara Stevens; his grandchildren, Levi, Lucas, Leah Lunsford, Madlyn Bullard, Meghan, Mikalea, Loghan, Brylee and Ashlynne Stevens; and his great grandchild Lincoln Lunsford.
