He is survived by: his wife Robbie Stevens; his children, Robin (Steven Lunsford) of Choctaw, OK, Jana Stevens of Choctaw, Frederick (Valerie Stevens) of Choctaw and Ciara Stevens; his grandchildren, Levi, Lucas, Leah Lunsford, Madlyn Bullard, Meghan, Mikalea, Loghan, Brylee and Ashlynne Stevens; and his great grandchild Lincoln Lunsford.
