He was predeceased by: his mother Karen Louise Haskins. He is survived by: his wife Rachal; his children, Faith Karen, Christian Michael and Abigal Grace; his father Gary Michael Haskins of New Mexico; and his brother Sean Haskins of Texas. He is also survived by other family members, friends.
