He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Maxwell and Cleo Maxwell (Hasty); his daughter Crystal Maxwell; and his brothers, Elbert Lee Maxwell, Eugene Maxwell and Eddie Maxwell.
He is survived by: his children, Jason Maxwell of Hugo, OK, Michael Leon Maxwell of Hugo, OK and Mary Beth Maxwell of Hugo, OK; his grandchildren, Justin Maxwell, Chance Maxwell, Chase Maxwell, Chelsea Maxwell, Courtney Maxwell and Lincoln Gallant; and his siblings, Ronnie Maxwell of Lubbock, TX, Darlene Tedder of Hugo, OK, Jolene Saxon of Hugo, OK, Kay Maxwell Brown of Plainview, TX, Diane Maxwell of Plainview, TX, Jennifer Maxwell of Lubbock, TX and Linda Collins of Swink, OK. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
