He was predeceased by: his mother Shirley White (Blevins). He is survived by: his father Kendall White of Roanoke, TX; his siblings, Kendall White, Jr. (Marcenda) of Roanoke, TX, Regina White of Durant, OK and Maxine Lacey (Lynn) of Farris, OK; and his girlfriend Betty.
