He is survived by: his wife Melody Ann Burnside; his children, Kevin (Wendy Hammond) and Joy (Stephen Henderson) of Oklahoma City; his siblings, Robert Hammond of Tennessee and Lynette Garrett of Owasso; and his grandchildren, Connor, Rori, Tyler and Logan. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
