He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn; his parents, Joe Allen and Dovie Allen; and his sisters, Frankie Oswald and JoRita Moss.
He is survived by: his daughters, Megan Cannon of Anchorage, AK and Kathleen Allen of Boise, ID; and his brothers, Jack Allen (Melanie) of Chino Valley, AZ and Pat Allen. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
