He was predeceased by : his mother Clara Mae Allen; his former life partner Emma Jane Nichols Allen; his parent Jess Allen; his siblings, Darel Allen, Billy Allen and Beverly Allen West; his grandparents, R. D. Allen, Maude Allen, William Henry Cooper and Lou Caywood Cooper; and his nephews, Darel Eugene Allen, Jr. and James Douglas Ward.
He is survived by : his wife Linda Thornton Allen; his daughters, Karen Kay Allen Heiliger (Ray) of Blanchard, OK, Tonya Harjo of Konawa and Teresa Stowe of Eagle River, AK; his grandson Lee Van Heiliger (Lillie); and his great grandchildren, Adison Foster, Ava Foster, Adriana Conrady, Blake Heiliger and Hunter. He is also survived by 3 nephews; 9 nieces; 12 great-nephews; and 2 great-nieces.
