He is survived by: his children, Donna Hinkle, Diane Myers, Amy Hindman (Charles) and Kevin White (Wendy); his grandchildren, Amity Stevens, Jamie Crum (James), Philip Myers (Heather), Courtney White, Zachary Hindman, Haylee Hinkle, Dakota Hindman, Cody White, Dalton White (Kayli), Madison White (Levi Ready) and Cade White; his great grandchildren, Hunter, Presley, Ryatt, Easton, Addi, Jameson, Sawyer, Everleigh, Ellis, Kason, Branton and Leighton; and his sisters, Donna White Britton and Jan White Parker. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other loving extended family and friends.
