He is survived by: his wife Valerie E. Johnson; his children, Maria Meadows, Rosie Johnson, Nazaree Meadows and Willie C. Johnson; and his brothers, Oscar L. Johnson and Ellis L. Johnson. He is also survived by several grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins.
