He is survived by: his wife Kristy of Chickasha; his children, Daniel Terry of Chickasha, Jennifer Terry of Chickasha and Melissa Terry of Leeds, U. K; his stepchildren, Ashley Rayburn of Chickasha and Tosin Olatunde of Bethany; and his grandsons, Ty Rayburn, Cade Rayburn, Lane Rayburn, Holt Rayburn, Lincoln Olatunde and Remi Everett Ordanez. He is also survived by his mother, six siblings and twelve nieces and nephews.
