She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lynn Moore Sr. and Wanda Fay Davis Moore; and her siblings, Robert Moore Jr. and Deborah Martin. She is survived by: her daughter Raquel (Jerome); her granddaughters, Morgan and Jordan; her son Jeffery (Lydia); her granddaughters, Macy and Anika; her siblings, Teena, Melissa, Nick, Rick and Shane; and also Nova.
A memorial service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Southern Oaks Church of Christ (3320 S 16th St, Chickasha, OK 73018).
