He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Lester Carr, Sr. and Cleo Faye Carr (Sacra); his wife Burnie Carr (Jodie); and his siblings, Effie Lou Hulsey, La Nell Phillips and John Carr.
He is survived by: his daughter Darla Williams (Carr) of Chickasha, OK; his grandchildren, Gary Williams, Jr. (Jessica) of Chickasha, OK, Jeremy Williams (Vanessa) of Bridge Creek, OK and Julia Hunter (Thomas) of Chickasha, OK; his great grandchildren, Emma, Easton, Alayna, Annabelle, Hudson and Maverick; and his sister Sue Sullins (Roy). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
