She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hayes and Norma Hayes. She is survived by: her husband James Paul Clark; her children, Stephanie Jones (Brandon), Julie Moore (Jacob) and Jonathan Clark (Cass); her grandchildren, Caleb, Izabella, Selah, Evangeline, Jackson, James and Jared; and her brothers, Steven Hayes (Susan) and Jeff Hayes (Susan). She is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends and family.
