She was predeceased by: her parents, Maxwell Carter and Virginia Carter (Frye). She is survived by: her niece Charlotte Myers; her family, Janie, Jay Epperson, Katie, Wayne Brandon, Josh and Brandi Epperson; her brother John; her siblings-in-law, Dian Carter of Georgia, Ben, Lauren Carter, Andrew, Jillian Carter, Max and Kelsey Carter; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Brooke, Lux, Zane, Zoey, Pippa, Amber and Kinzley; her friends, Reta Bush, Jackie, Margaret Fleming, Clint, Sarah, Sharon Johnson, Rob, Suzy Morgan and Shirley Hayes; and also, Tatum, Sophia and Charlotte. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; and other extended family and friends.
