He was predeceased by: his parents, Opal R. Dies and Samuel W. Dies (Dick); and his siblings, Freda Cox (Dies) and Delbert Dies. He is survived by: his wife Jane A. Dies (Bennett); his daughters, Martha Jane Dies of Lawton, OK and Stephanie A. Thompson of Oklahoma City, OK.; and also Stephanie A. Thompson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
