He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Harrison Owen and Alvia Alice Owen (Allen); his wife Georgiann Davis; his daughter Cynthia Owen-Beaver; his sister Maggie; his brothers-in-law, Jesse Staley and Bill Idleman; and his brother Harrison Oscar Owen.
He is survived by: his sisters, Clara Idleman of Lonegrove and Frankie Nielsen of Oakland, California; his sister-in-law Jan Owen of Pauls Valley; and his nephew Charles Allen Ford. He is also survived by other extended family and friends.
