He is survived by: his parents, Emery Maggard and Jenniavee Maggard (Deckard); his daughter Sarah (Jack Hanna); his granddaughter Gabrielle Hanna; his daughter Charlotte Conder; his grandson Skyler Conder; his siblings, Darrell Maggard, Melba Orman (Maggard), Patricia Adcock (Isaac), Rita Peloquin (Ron), Jerry Maggard, Pearl Maggard, Sharon German (Maggard), Judy Tamez (Xavier) and Scotty Maggard (Becka); his nieces and nephews, Raven and Patrick Duff; and his great-niece Amanda Sanner. He is also survived by her children, and many other family, friends.
