She is survived by: her children, Eric Melencamp of Chickasha, OK, Danita Melencamp of Chickasha, OK and Jacob Melencamp of Chickasha, OK; her grandchildren, Elias Melencamp, Erica Whitefeather, Dani Mazy Silverhorn, Gabriel Checotah, Hailey Holloway and Maddy Melencamp; her great grandchildren, Neva, Theo, Abel The and Sugabuga (Levi Merriman); and her siblings, Jerry Domebo of Anadarko, OK, Birdie Templeton of Lawton, OK and Velma Eisenburger of Norman, OK. She is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members.
