He is survived by: his wife Brenda Fuller (Stewart); his children, James Wagner (Kim) of Chickasha, Chuck Wagner of Geary, Sara Wagner Seyler of Greenfield, Lorrae Harrell (Charles) of Tulsa and Ginger Wagner of Geary; his stepchildren, Chanda Jennings (Kevin) of Chickasha, Dana Fuller of Oklahoma City and Dallas Fuller (Shelia) of Edmond; his brother Carlton Lee Wagner of Tulsa; and his stepsister Darla Rogers Moore of Sandy, Utah. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews and other extended family and friends.
