He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Novotny and Loretta Novotny (Voegeli); his siblings, Cletus Novotny, Kenneth Novotny, Bernadette Leibold, Mildred Howell, Julia Jackson and Delores Anderson; his grandson Jacob Novotny Wilkinson; and his son-in-law Keith Andrews.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Novotny (Mandigo); his children, Beth Williams (Carl), Cheryl Novotny, Robert Novotny, Jr., Becky Johnson, Theresa Norton (Novotny), Monica Andrews (Novotny), Michele Novotny, Pamela Smith (Matt) and Angel Novotny; his siblings, Elaine Mahl (Herbert), Antoinette Dutton, Gladys Buresh (Ralph) and Stephen Novotny (Brenda); and his in-laws, Kris Novotny and Jimmie Jackson. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; 3 great great-grandchildren.
