He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Childress and Ina Childress (Douthit); and his sister Maxine Childress Ladd. He is survived by: his sisters, Nadine Stroud (Darrel) of Salina, OK., Wilma Martens (Lawny) of Enid, OK and Linda Pewitt of Prague, OK. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
