He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Howard and Virgie Howard (Hixon); and his sister Helen Baker. He is survived by: his children, Bart Howard (Sandra), Lisa Perkins and Kevin Estes (Sherry); his grandchildren, Cody Ray Howard (Anne Marie), Casey Dale Howard (Meagan), Chelsey Aranda, Clayton Perkins and Cydney Perkins; and his great grandchildren, Ryker Lane Howard, Rigston Ray Howard, Crawford Knox Howard, Reddick Kye Howard and Kennedy Marie Howard.
