He was predeceased by: his parents, Charley Ferguson and Lula Ferguson (Read); his wife Eva Mae Ferguson (Hensley); his siblings, Mozelle Rury, Dovie Stiles, Jewell Bruner, R. D. Brinkley, Joe Ferguson, Dicky Ferguson and Curly Ferguson; and his grandson Mark Long.
He is survived by: his children, Darlene Long, Sheila Guerrero (Bobby) and Alan Ferguson; his grandchildren, Carrie Gwinn (Bobby), Shane Guerrero (Tiffany), Brian Long (Stephanie), Shannon Long (Rebecca) and Lacey Smith (Mark); and his brother Fred Ferguson. He is also survived by numerous great- grandchildren.
