He was predeceased by: his parents, James F. Ford and Emma Laura Ford (Hulsey); and his brother Jimmy. He is survived by: his wife Tami Elizabeth Humphrey; his sons, Matthew Ford, Erik Ford (Amanda) and Andrew Ford (Katheryn); his grandchildren, Kaiden, Ian, Draper and Karigan; his brothers, Craig Ford (Jeris) and Mike Ford (Susan); his father-in-law Donnie Persinger; his nieces and nephews, Blair, Amity, Brandon, Stephanie, Dilan, Haylee, Jennifer, Kelsey, Caroline, Alexander, William and Harrison; and his friends, Gene Bullard and Les Bayless. He is also survived by many great-nieces and great-nephews and other extended family and friends.
