He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Nightingale and Eva Nightingale (Kahn). He is survived by: his wife Gladys Nightingale (Smith); his children, Kevin Nightingale, Lucinda Nightingale, Wilbur Nightingale, LaVonna Nightingale and Arden Bruce Nightingale; and his sisters, Verla Geortzen and Rose Mary Jantz. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
